Our friendly staff members are passionate about their overall health because they have all had struggles on their journey to fitness... until they found CrossFit and it changed their lives.

Prior to functional fitness training, we’ve seen surgeries, injuries, frustrations with our health and wellness, and have heard many of these same stories from of our athletes. With proper training, focusing on form, mobility, and body mechanics, the improvements they have made is what drives them to want the same for their athletes. The best way to get fit is to participate in programs that provide constantly varied functional movement, executed at high intensity. Our Premier Functional Fitness programming is going to allow you to learn new things about yourself and to ultimately discover a new you.

L.I.F.E. Programming

L.I.F.E. stands for “Longevity In Functional Efficiency” and its aim is to demonstrate that no one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of their lives. 

 

As in our regular classes, L.I.F.E. offers safe, effective workouts – a “gentle” version of CrossFit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. We start where you are and take you to more than you thought you could be. 

 

No introductory class is required to participate in L.I.F.E. – Longevity In Functional Efficiency  If you are looking for a lift…try L.I.F.E.

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program

Our program has been designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible.  It is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the 10 functional fitness domains.  We want our athletes to experience enhanced competency at all physical tasks they encounter inside and outside of the gym.
