CrossFit Kids

This program provides safe, effective, and age-appropriate methods for teaching CrossFit to children and adolescents, ages 3-17. In these classes we pair fitness with fun, which is essential to setting a child on the path toward a lifetime of fitness.

CrossFit Camps

This program is similar to our main CrossFit programming but is geared specifically toward our school-age athletes.  Whether they are looking to stay active over the summer or gain fitness to increase performance in school sports, It provides opportunities for athletes to participate 1-hour sessions of constantly varied functional movements.

Before and After School Programs

This program provides our school-aged athletes an opportunity to work with qualified trainers to increase their functional capacity and learn skills that can be carried through life outside of the gym as well.  The 1-hour courses are intended to be respectful of your busy schedule while teaching athletes proper body mechanics to increase the efficacy of functional movements.

Schedule

  • CrossFit Kids courses are offered periodically.  Stay tuned to this page as we post course availability.

  • CrossFit Camps are offered at the same time as normal class hours as found on our home page.

  • Before and After School programs are offered at 5am, 6am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm every school day.
