Programming

Our members have a vast range of personal goals and ability levels. Our group training program is designed with the flexibility to meet those needs. Our group class is scalable to meet your current ability and help you progress your fitness. 

 

More Than Just Fitness

You will begin to see a good change in your overall health as you stay consistent in working out. CrossFit impacts your mental health in a positive way by releasing Endorphins, which is the body's natural way of fighting anger and depression resulting in a happy mood.

 

Supportive Community 

Our group CrossFit classes are the perfect solution for an individual looking for a supportive environment that shares the desire to be happier and healthier.

 

Group Sessions

Participants will be lead by CrossFit 1926's coaches through multiple phases of the training session.  Over the 1 hour session, a group class will often cover:

  • Warm-up to prepare the body for the workout

  • Mobility drills

  • Strength and/or skill development

  • Conditioning

  • Post-workout accessory work or recovery techniques

Experienced CrossFitter?

If you’ve completed Foundations at another box and have been a member at another CrossFit facility, you generally can by-pass our introductory course. Feel free to schedule a free session to meet our staff, see our facility, and experience our programming.
